Once an appointment has been scheduled, we at Griggs Masonry Ltd will contact you within a couple of hours of you filling in the form. We will then have our first consultation where we can gain valuable knowledge about your Stone Kitchen Worktop needs and requirements. Next, we will offer you our advice and expertise to help you in the best way that we possibly can.
During this time we will confirm your preferred date and time of the appointment so that the meeting fits into our mutual diaries. Most of our appointments are predominantly home visits carried out after hours. We do this as we understand that most of our customers have a busy work life and we want the whole process to be as easy as possible for them.
Samples, information and advice or skills will be provided to you during the appointment, to achieve your request in the best possible way. This may lead onto a quotation being generated for you or a repair being carried out.
